Will I receive any communication from Barclays Bank PLC regarding the acquisition?
A letter is being sent to all Goldfish customers confirming that Goldfish is now a trading name of Barclays Bank PLC.

How do I login to the new Goldfish account centre?
We've made changes to Goldfish.com so you can manage
your account more easily.
- If it's your first visit to the Goldfish account centre, please click the 'register' tab to obtain your new login details. It's easy and only takes a few minutes.
- If you used the old Goldfish account centre, please click the 'login' tab and enter your Card number and Pass number.
- If you've forgotten your login details, please click the 'login' tab and then 'security ID reset' link
How do I register?
Once you have been accepted for a Goldfish Card, you’ll need to register to access your account online. Just come to the site, click ‘register’ and enter your details to obtain a User ID and Security ID. It’s easy and only takes a few minutes. Once you&rsquove got these details, you can login and use the account centre at anytime.
Paying your credit card bill
Can I pay a Goldfish Card bill online?
Yes. You can login to the Goldfish account centre if you’d like to pay your Goldfish Card bill online.
How long does it take for an online payment to be credited to my account?
You should allow three working days for an online payment to be credited to your account.
What happens if I make a late payment?
If you make a payment after the date it is due to us, you will incur a charge of £12 (which is detailed in Terms and Conditions of your card). This will be deducted automatically from your account. If you login to the Goldfish account centre, you can sign up for email alerts, and you’ll be notified before the due date that your minimum payment has not yet been received.
Can I pay my Goldfish bill by Direct Debit?
Yes, you can set up a Direct Debit on your account so your monthly Goldfish card bill is paid automatically. You choose the amount you’d like to pay, whether it’s the minimum payment, the full payment, or a fixed monthly payment. You can login to the Goldfish account centre to set-up a Direct Debit payment online.
Changing contact details
I have just got married and want to change my name. How should I do this?
Whether you are the principal cardholder or an
additional cardholder, you will need to send an
original or an original certified copy of your marriage
certificate with a signed covering letter to the
address below.
